Rhonda Harris, Funeral Home Manager
Elizabeth Bell, Funeral Director
Elizabeth Bell is a dual licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Tennessee and Mississippi. Additionally, she is a notary public and is a CANA (Cremation Association of North America) certified crematory operator. She is a graduate of John A. Gupton College in Nashville, TN where she earned a Funeral Service degree. She boasts nearly a decade as a professional in funeral service. Prior to her funeral service career, she spent a few summers volunteering at the VA Medical Center. Subsequently, she attended the University of Memphis under scholarship prior to transferring to mortuary school. After that, while still in Nashville, she continued volunteering in the funeral profession, and at Arts Cubed, an organization dedicated to bringing cultural events to the city of Nashville, for 5 years. Upon returning to Memphis, she continued her involvement in event planning and forged valuable connections with the AFSP, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Some of her notable contributions include coordinating volunteers, fundraising, and outreach. In her spare time she enjoys reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, and sewing.She continuously strives to improve herself, to grow professionally, and to serve others. After obtaining her degree in Nashville she took additional classes at the University of Memphis beyond what was required for her profession. She is a first generation funeral director, but enjoys pursuing many skills like photography and DJing for the purpose of enhancing the experience of her guests when event planning.
