James Everett Atkins, a hardworking father, husband, and life-long friend passed away unexpectedly on July 06, 2022 at the age of 37. James was born to his parents in Cleveland, MS on October 07,1984. He was always known as an entrepreneur even in his adolescence. He attended college but decided to fully commit his time into Real Estate. James moved to Memphis,TN for a better opportunity. Due to the plethora of opportunities and resources, he started to excel in his career in Real Estate.He contributed his success to houses other investors didn’t see as valuable. James is survived by his loving wife Justice Atkins, his three daughters, Paris, London, and Brooklyn Atkins, his son Jamir Atkins and his parents. Raising a family was one of James’ lifelong dreams. He would overcome any obstacle to provide and remain present in his children’s lives. He believed that being an active father contributed greatly to his children’s development. James was an amazing father, husband, and Real Estate investor. He enjoyed working on properties, attending family dinners, exercising, and exploring new business ventures. James always said; “ Make it your goal to own some property. Leave something to hand down to your children besides your debt.” James did just that. There was nothing he couldn't do. If he didn’t know, James would learn within thirty minutes to save money. He didn’t like to procrastinate. He excelled in completing goals he set for himself and his family. He always encouraged others to be the best individual they could be; never taking NO for an answer. His energy and wisdom will always be remembered by loved ones. He always stressed the importance of self preservation and ownership. James' legacy will continue to live on. James is the founder of Professional Squares LLC, J & J REIC LLC, and Justice Realty LLC with whom his wife worked along his side to build wealth.
