Noah Ferrell Garner
March 19, 2001 - September 30, 2021
With deepest sorrow, we announce that Noah Ferrell Garner, age 20 our most beloved son, family member, and friend passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 30, 2021. Those who knew Noah, lost a shining light in their lives. Noah will be missed by his father, Adam F. Garner; mother, Jamie R. Garner; grandparents, Jimmie and Rose Ann Sorrels-maternal; uncles, Micheal A. Garner, Anthony C. Garner; aunt, April D. Garner, and friends. We know Noah is now with his JoJo, Jo Ann Garner and Papaw, John Garner and is loved here on earth as well as in heaven. As Noah's father, I recall many precious moments we shared together during his short time with us. One of my most treasured memories was when he asked me about his creator. For those that knew Noah personally, you can understand that conversation was not a simple one. He always wanted to know the "why" about everything in life and this conversation was no exception. Fortunately, I was privileged to explain to Noah what it meant to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. His grandmother, Rose Ann, also played a major role of influence in his life as she spoke openly about her faith and walked it out daily for him to see. Even though we grieve, we also celebrate Noah's faith and have no doubt that his salvation is secured in Christ. Son, we love you and look forward to seeing you again! John 11:25-26 Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me, though he die, yet shall live, and whoever lives and believes in me shall never die.” A private memorial and celebration of Noah's life with immediate family and close friends will be held Saturday, October 9th, at the home of Jim and Denise Lenahan in Germantown. To honor Noah's memory please send donations to St. Jude in his name.
