Ruth Ann Hopper Dibiasi was born in Detroit Michigan on June 26, 1951 and died on January 11, 2021. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Hopper and mother Willie Mae Hopper, brothers T.T. Hopper, Terry Hopper and sister Jeanie Hopper. She is survived by two sons, Benjamin Mills and Kevin Mills, brother William Hopper and sisters Patsy Ney Lorette Sere and Brenda Martin. She also leaves behind five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society. She is loved and will be missed dearly.
